The ordered products are delivered throughout the EU.
We deliver personally through an Almas employee or an authorized delivery company. The cost of delivery is borne by Almas, unless otherwise stated.
The delivery will take place no later than 15 working days from the visible payment on the Seller's account. If it becomes impossible to deliver the selected product because the product is no longer available, the Seller is obliged to notify the Buyer immediately, and the Buyer has the right to terminate the contract and request a refund or agree to a later delivery date. The customer can expect a refund on his account within 3 working days. All ordered items will be delivered in one package. If this will not be possible due to the state of stock, the Seller reserves the right to deliver in multiple shipments.
The customer will be informed about the day of delivery and approximate delivery time by Almas employees.
Delivery is usually made between 08:00 and 16:00.
Delivery is carried out in accordance with the terms of use of the delivery service, and is considered completed at the moment of handing over the product to the delivery service.
In the event that delivery by delivery service is not possible for a particular place (within the EU), the customer will be informed in writing about the impossibility of delivery.
Unfortunately, the Seller is not able to influence the further speed of delivery and possible complications related to the delivery itself caused by the delivery service. For each shipment, the Buyer certifies and signs the delivery list upon receipt of the shipment.

If the product sent to the Customer is returned because the delivery service failed to deliver, the Customer will be notified by e-mail.
When the Seller delivers the product to the Buyer through the delivery service, the Buyer is obliged to take over by signing the delivery note, thereby confirming that the product has been properly delivered.
In the event that the Buyer orders the goods and refuses to receive them, the Seller has the right to deduct from the paid amount of the purchase price the amount equal to the delivery costs and other manipulative costs from the delivery price list.
Delivery deadlines do not include:
- day of order/request receipt
- delay time due to incorrect and incomplete address of the Customera
- time of delay due to force majeure or other reasons for which the Seller is not to blame
- non-working days if they represent the beginning or end of the term
